The market is full of manufactures vying to be your supplier of choice for your Teams Rooms. Their products all carry the same basic functionality i.e. to host a Teams call. However each manufacturer offers superior benefits compared to each other, whether you are looking for value (Yealink), best in class camera (Neat), or a mixture of these (Logitech) the supplier of choice should be selected on corporate standards and room specifications over brand reputation or historic relationships.
Yealink Teams Room
Yealink provide both a value range proposition and sophisticated large meeting room solutions. Their A10, A20 and A30 meeting bars are perfect for huddle spaces and up to 8 person meeting rooms.
Large rooms benefit from Yealink’s advanced S90 multi-camera solution that integrates exceptionally well with other Teams certified peripherals such as Nurvea’s immersive audio solutions.
Yealink A30 – A20
The Yealink A10, A20 and A30 all in one media bars offer a variety of features, including wide angle 120 degree cameras that allow participants sitting close and to the side of the camera to be captured, additionally the multiple microphones inside the bars give full audio coverage to a room 6 meters in depth.
These solutions are perfect for smaller room, booth style deployments, and even 6-8 person meeting rooms. Advanced BYOD wired and wireless accessories allow both full camera control and HDMI ingest.
Yealink S90
Yealink’s flagship S90 is a multicamera solution that integrates with either Yealink audio or external USB audio such as Nureva HDL immersive or Shure microphone solutions.
True multi-camera solutions allows cameras to be deployed in various locations whilst focusing on separate areas. This can include presenter and audience cameras in a presentation space, or up to 9 cameras in a boardroom environment to capture all participants evenly.
Yealink S90 Video
The S90’s intelliframe technology provides a solution so the participants of a conversation are always centre of the frame.
Capturing the last 4 speakers ensures this solution is prefect for the corporate presentations and government style board meetings.

Logitech Teams Room
Logitech have a similar portfolio of products to Yealink including all in one media bars and conference room systems. The Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar and Rally System cover room sizes of 2 to 30 person.
A range of accessories and additional equipment is available from the Tap controller to bespoke mounts and trolleys to ensure the room’s environment is fully catered for. Multi-camera solutions are not currently offered by Logitech as standard.
Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini
Logitech considers their Rally Bar to be a premier video bar covering medium to large rooms. Tried and tested this solution is perfect for 4-8 person rooms, budget wise unless you love Logitech a 4 person room might be a bit on the expensive side. The camera is great though.
Logitech Rally Plus
Logitech’s large and extra large MTR range is covered by their Rally Plus System. Being modular you can add up to 7x table or ceiling microphones and cover areas as large as 10x10m rooms.
Simple room management devices such as the table and display hubs allows for great cable management and reliable installation.

Neat Teams Room
Neat target the high spec end of the market with advance AI functionality and exceptional camera and audio solutions.
The Neatbar and Neatbar Pro are complimented by the Neat Board, Neat Frame, and Neat Centre, all compatible with a Neat Pad table top controller.
Advanced features include Neat symmetry which gives each participant an even field of view so everyone can be seen equally, Neat boundary eliminates external sounds by placing a boundary outside of the table area, and Neat sense gives real time analytics of the systems.
Neat Symmetry
Neat symmetry frames all the rooms participants equally to ensure full room engagement. This improves the room view from a big open space where the group can be seen as a whole but individuals cannot be seen, to a detailed view of each participant so they are clearly seen by the far end.
Neatbar and Neatpad
Neat’s entry level bar (Neat Bar – above) comes with a 4x digital zoom and is aimed at the 2.-6 person meeting space. In contrast the Neatbar Pro offers a 16x digital zoom and 16x microphone array for spaces of 8-16 person meeting rooms.
Neatbar Pro
With 16x microphones and 16x digital zoom the Neatbar Pro’s camera and audio solution is designed to work in some of the largest meeting rooms.
The solution also allows for triple screen integration providing screens for far end participants and content on a scale not facilitated by other manufacturers.

Poly Teams Room
Poly (formerly Polycom, and soon to be HP) were one of the pioneers of video conferencing with their HDX and Group Series range.
There was a resistance to change to a Microsoft Teams Room environment until the release of their X series with the X30, X50 and X70 now suitable for several room sizes. The G7500 also allows for a module system and the ability to facilitate very large (20-40 person) rooms on the same platform.

The Poly X-range offers a variety of media bars for various size rooms. The X30 comes with a 4k UHD camera with 5x zoom, 4x MEMS microphones, and a single speaker targets rooms of 2-4 participants. The X50 again comes with a 4k UHD 5x zoom camera, slightly reduced to 3x MEMS microphones but with the ability to add 2x table expansion microphones and stereo speakers. The X50 is aimed at 4-8 person size rooms. The X70 is Poly’s largest all in one media bar with a 7x zoom and dual camera solution, with both 140 degree and 78 degree field of view allowing for both close and far seated participants to be captured. The audio elements includes up to 4x microphones and 8x speakers for full room coverage allowing the bar to facilitate room sizes of 8-20 people.
